Weight Loss

There are many ways to shed some excess pounds, but usually, just a little bit of jogging won't do the trick. Your customized program will focus on achieving your desired weight loss and on maintaining it long-term.

Constitution & Endurance

Together, we can improve your physical shape. We train your body and use small steps to get you in the best shape of your life. This program is ideal for all criteria ranging from extreme sports athletes and runners to mothers multi-tasking at the house.

Muscle Training

TurboCore Workout fitness program can be conducted anywhere as long as you have up to a 6‘ x 6‘ space and the eagerness to take a journey to muscle development. Posture and technique are essential, and my DVD will stress that. I am also very confident you have finally found the perfect program to help you achieve all of your challenges and fitness needs. We want to train your muscles, not destroy them!

Training Method that Fits You!

Everyone is different. This is why TurboCore Workout considers your individual requirements and creates a training environment that corresponds directly to your expectations. TurboCore Workout is entirely self-paced and can help you achieve exactly what you want. Even if you give 50% effort to my program, your body will provide a dividend of possibly 200% or more.

  • Solo

    The classic training program. You are the client, and I am your trainer. We can jog through the parks together or work out on the machines. In this type of training situation, I don't see myself as the drill sergeant but as a motivation partner who supports you in your goals. You run 5 miles. I run 5 miles. That's how easy it is. We want to achieve your goal together, and that is enough motivation for me to work just as hard as you do.

  • Best Friend Special

    You don't do anything without your best friend? No problem. I can train and motivate both of you together. My experience has shown that having a friend alongside boosts some clients to top performances that otherwise would never have been possible.

  • Family

    A close-knit family guarantees good results: in the kitchen, on vacation, and in the gym. Of course, the training for the entire family is based on the minimum skill level of all family members. It is essential to me that no one gets left behind. After all, we want to achieve something together!
